Dr. Ariail has been a physical therapist since 1999 with a focus on pelvic disorders and chronic low back and sacroiliac joint pain since 2004. Allison created Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness as an effort to provide exceptional care while maintaining privacy and comfort to each patient.
Allison uses a variety of treatment techniques that not only addresses the part of the body that is dysfunctional, but the whole person. Her treatments often include manual therapy, stabilization training, biofeedback, functional dry needling, rehabilitative ultrasound imaging training, visceral mobilization, fascial release, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, and neuromuscular re-education.
Allison is a board certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. She also is a certified lymphatic therapist by the Lymphology Association of North America, and is board certified in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance.
Allison is faculty for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, where she teaches courses throughout the nation on pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as peri-partum courses. Allison also instructs courses on Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging. She lectures nationally on lymphedema, cancer related changes to the pelvic floor, and the sacroiliac joint. Allison serves as a consultant to medical companies, and physicians.
