Hatha Yoga - Whole Health Center at Lone Tree
Linda has been teaching yoga most of her adult life. Her emphasis is on teaching form and alignment and movements that include stretching, strengthening, improving balance and posture, techniques for relaxation, breathing, and building and maintaining a healthy body. This is and opportunity to get a great physical workout while experiencing the mind/body/spirit connection of yoga.
