Bing has practiced Tai Chi and Chi Gong since 1972, and has been teaching Tai Chi for over 27 years. Chi Gong consists of breathing exercises combined with the slow stretching and twisting of muscles and the internal organs, along with inward meditative practices for improved health. Chi Gong has been known for it’s remarkable healing abilities over 5000 years of Chinese history.
